My depression is ruining my life

I have been struggling with depression and social anxiety for well over 10 years. I have attempted suicide and suffered multiple panic attacks so far. Thinking about the unknown future really scares me. I can't find any suitable full time job because of my unstable mental health. I am currently working a part time job but the salary is not able to help make ends meet. Therefore any help and donation from kind souls here will be greatly appreciated.
