My Christmas Wish

My daughter and I relocated to Washington state. When we got here, the job opportunity that we moved here for fell apart. I have been applying for just about every job you can think of. Most of the 50+ jobs I've applied for have nothing to do with my degree. I'm just trying to keep a roof over my daughter's head, and stay positive. I know that if I keep going, get out there everyday and never stop trying, someone will hire me. It's the holidays right? I would love to give my daughter a Christmas, but right now we don't have enough for basic expenses and rent. My bank account is overdrawn, the bills are piling up, and I'm about to lose my car. I just got a check in the mail for $42.11. It was a complete surprise, and it's the best thing that's happened to us in 2 weeks. I almost cried because I was able to go out and buy food. Every little bit helps.
