My business depression

I am a 16 year old student in Cairo, I started this accessories and phone cases business where I make designs and make factories produce my designs to life, I've had a really successful business that went viral between schools and my business was quite known. All until a certain day when it all came to an end. Egypt is really bad at customs management, they froze a shipment I had that I invested all my money in for a huge new collection as well as restocking, because they suspected it was silver. So according to the law it had to be checked to assure it fits the silver guidelines and standards and so on, however the shipment was all alloy, I went through endless procedures and it never ended, paid around 3000 EGP (equivalent to $330) on overall procedures to then face a decline for the shipment to be given to the receiver (me). I had to get a custom clearance officer with additional fees to try to go through the problem and fix it, but I've been told that there is no shipment found and it was "lost". So because of all of this I lost all my money and my savings and my business faced recession because of Egypt's Post Services. I aim to fundraise $3000 for a good stock that can bring my business back to life. I am really eager to be an independent person and have my own business, however my country let me down. I've tried help from family as how my father paid for the customs clearance officer but it never helped and I can't owe him more.
