My Brother Was Diagnosed with Liver Cancer

My name is Clenelan Polinio from Philippines. My brother, Janver Polinio was recently diagnosed with Liver Cancer. He is in the hospital right now and currently recovering from his Endoscopy and Paracentesis procedures.

His medical card cannot afford to cover his hospital bills and other expenses. He was also unable to report to work for the last few months due to his condition.
