Hello, my name is Sunita vilas gosavi, hailing from Pune. My brother Pankaj gangadhar gosavi aged at 35 years was diagonosed with a serious liver problem in 2012. He resides at kothrud in pune, maharashtra. He got married 6 years ago and has a 4.5 years old daughter, he has a small business of wheel alignment in pune itself and is able to generate very low income, barely to compensate his family's daily needs. Hence, he is in no position to raise a huge amount of Rs. 20,00,000/- (34,000$) for a liver transplant suggested by doctors.

Our old and retired parents are also helpless and in complete agony of the current situation. Our parents were teachers at a government school in a small village near Nashik. our father has won the best teacher award by the hon'ble president of India in 1991. My father himself has a medical condition for heart and blood pressure issues. We have already faced problems with my father's medical expenditures for the past 20 years. My retired and very old parents are in despair to see their own son at dead end at this point.

We haven't been able to operate my brother because of such delicate and critical financial conditions. If he is not treated in time anything can happen anytime soon. I need your help in raising this amount to treat my brother. Please please please make any donation possible (or any kind of help) and help me raise the required amount. Thank you.
