My Brother is very sick,Please save him

My little brother Frank Nsabimana has recently got dizzy and fainted, He had a big problem with his kidney we did not know before and for long time. He needs Kidney replacement and blood filtration, Doctor said that He is in bad conditions they can't be able to handle and He has to be transferred from Rwanda to India for Further Treatment. Which has to take us up to 18,500$ but my self I have 2,000$ and We still need 16,500$ For my brother to be transferred from Rwanda to India for Surgery.
