Hello, My name is George and I'm 39 years old. My fiance's name is Jamie and she's 34. We live in New Jersey and we are hoping to get married on July 23, 2016. I am a 2 time kidney transplant receipent who suffers from Avascular Necrosis. Avascular Necrosis is a disease that causes the blood to stop flowing through your bones causing them to become brittle and break. I've had more than twenty surgeries which include bilateral knee, hip and shoulder replacements. Arthroscopic surgery on my back and metal rods inserted into my legs for stability. This all stems from being on a transplant drug called prednisone since age of 12. There are no other drugs for which I can take to prevent my transplanted kidney from rejecting so I'm stuck with the consequences this drug delivers. I know my time on God's Earth is running out, so it's time to live my last dream which is getting married to my best friend and hopefully starting a family of my own. Throughout my ordeal, I've always worked a full time job and tried to stay enrolled in school to finish my degree in Business Administration, but it is difficult to accomplish this and pay for a wedding when you're constantly in the hospital. All of my sick time and vacation time goes towards my surgeries so we can keep a roof over our heads, and food on the table while I'm recovering. Jamie has been the support I've always dreamt of having my whole life. She has battled her own demons as well. She was molested by a family member from age 4 to 10. Although she goes to counseling weely, the final blow came when she told her parents and they disowned her. I cry so much because she doesn't have that one thing every little girl should have, and thats planning your wedding with your mother. I wish I could give her the wedding of her dreams, but it's just not financially possible. If we don't raise the money needed for our wedding we won't be upset or bitter. We just want that one experience that we'll always remember, but most importantly I want her to have everything she deserves. After all, this is for Jamie, not me. If we don't raise the money needed it's not the end of the world, we simply say, "we gave it our best and the most important thing is that we'll always have eachother."     Thank You, George and Jamie
