My boyfriend’s sweet mother in Moldova needs intestine surgery

My boyfriend's mother, a sweet, kind-hearted woman, a widow, a woman who raised three kids after the passing of her husband, needs surgery as soon as possible to remove the cancerous cells developing in her gut. The growth is spreading and my boyfriend and his sisters are trying to raise money as quickly as they can, but Moldova is a poor country. People struggle to support their own households, buy clothes for their kids. And the government does absolutely nothing to aid its citizens.

It's astounding how we can live in such luxury in one part of the world, while in another, even the government is unable to help its people - there are simply no means, or no will. As a retiree, she receives a tiny pension and is also supported in part by her children, but they simply don't have the needed funds for the surgery, which is almost 3000 pounds if converted from the Moldovan currency.

I ask you, please, to help fund at least part of this surgery by donating even just the tiniest bit to the cause of this kind, caring and wonderful woman.
