My Best Friends Wedding

Hi, Bonjour or Buongiorno,

Thank you for your interest in "My Best Friends Wedding" (literally) campaign/ bring a resued dog home.

20 Years of Friendship & 1 Family Member:

I am reaching the deadline for my dearest friend and only family in the world. We have been best friends for nearly 20 years. I have been there for her in the worst of times and the best of times however it has been paining me to think that I may not be there for the 'best of times' really. My best friend has asked me to be the maid of honour and hairstylist/make-up artist at her wedding. Recent financial situations, lack of moral support or any financial or family support, and little to no work opportunities has left me feeling down as I begin to come to terms that I will be missing my girls wedding.

The Nest Egg, Scrimping & Saving, Large Heart & Cancer:

Despite scrimping and saving every penny, it seems I am taking every negative hit possible and/ or I am too keen on helping others. I have loned out my nest egg, to return home(Canada), to a dear friend to go back East (in Canada) as his mother was recently diagnosed with skin cancer and his daughter graduated this year.

Where You Come In:

Unfortunately the money has not been paid back and I find myself here, depending on all you who may read this, to bring my girlfriend and I closer than we have been in the past years aside from our hours logged on choppy Skype calls and the constant facebook messages. Her 7 year old daughter and soon to be husband, whom has been an aquaintance for the last 10 years, would be thrilled to have this gift ...she deserves more than my small gift box and hand sewn project I've sent her.

I am turning to all you folk out there who like to help others from the bottom of your whole hearts.  I can only offer you my thousand thanks, whole hearted gratitude every second I would enjoy and my positive energy sent not only to you but the world that surrounds me. My Contribution:

I will be participating in the 'bring a dog home campaign'

Many dogs from Europe in Specific Spain need homes and Canada is the perfect place for them to come. I will accompany a dog home from Europe to Canada. 

The Cheapest plane ticket I can find - even if I have to fly cargo- is the only gift I ask. Accomodations & much else shall be supplied upon arrival.
