My best friend Tom is undergoing Brain Surgery. We need a lot of help to make sure when he comes home I can help support him, and take care of him. Finacial bills are still a question and we’re not still sure where we will end up. Homeless shelters can’t take care of things like this and he and I have been there. We’re trying so hard to make lives for ourselves, but it is difficult. Any help you can offer would be so much appreciated and put to good use.

Please, if you can help. My friend Tom is undergoing Brain surgery. He's Bi-polar and is about 59 years old. He and I lived in a Homeless shelter until about 7 months ago when we decided that we could earn enough to live by ourselves. We have gotten along together wonderfully until a short time ago when Tom had some unfortunate times. That brought him to the hospital where he was subjected to some tests which revealed some brain anomalies. Now we are facing some expenses that we had not anticipated and need help from anyone who might now me able and willing to help us with. Rent and utilities are now an issue. I can almost qualify for what is called LINK in our locale that will pay for food. Tom will be out of work for at least a month. I can cover our food needs (about 100$ a month) but I don't know if my job will help us stay out of the homeless shelter again. (As a side note...It's really not fun living in a homeless shelter). If there is any offer you might give it would be welcome. Our rent is $650 a month. That's not including the internet (kind of essential to keep finding new jobs but not at the top of the list)...Electricity...behind on that...Oh my...We just would like you help. We are just to honest people asking for help;. Right now ...first and foremost prayers for my friend Tom. And secondly any (I hate to ask this) financial help for my friend and myself to give him a comfortable place to come back to and live. (I'm 52...He's 59). Thank you.
