My battle with ocd,anxiety and depression

My name is Silvio, sadly I am long time ocd /anxiety sufferer, and this is my 3rd rebound, although I am much better cost of treating my condition was high because I didn’t work and its so soul crushing condition that leaves u in state “I don’t care" anymore. Even my prayers become less of needing help and more of I need deliverance from pain and suffering in terms of me dyeing. Now with lot of understanding and help from my family, my pets that makes me happy and friends that know my condition I am in so called better period, but broke without start, because I needed to sell my pc and stuff that helped me to work as freelance. So I am asking good people of fundraising to help a bit, in return I dont have much to offer now but hoping to write my memoirs I some sort of handbook how to handle worst stages of ocd,nutrition and mindsetup,also medication that helped me, but beyond that im always willing to answer any question regarding depression, anxiety and ocd u have for me, although I urge you if you have similar problems first ask for professional counseling.
