My Autumn Appeal

I am raising funds to underwrite my overhead. I am working with youth-at-risk and doing social justice work within the Hawaiian Community. I am working with an attorney who is willing to take cases that support this mission; to help those in need get greater access to justice and advocacy, especially the poor and marginalized. We recently succeeded in helping two Micronesian youth overcome their legal challenges and be reunited with their children and family. One has become a well known Sushi Chef and the other is able to maintain two jobs and cares for his wife and family. There are many cases like these wherein we have been able to "bring light where there is darkness and hope where there is despair."

I am grateful for the kind assistance of others who help support me in my work. A successful life and ministry and outreach must be centered first in prayer so that all manner of assistance may come when such Divine Aid is most needed. Our lives must be rich in meaning and purpose to avoid the temptation to become tired and depressed. Giving hope to others is the best remedy and is a profitable medicine for the soul.

May the blessings of Love fall like mana from Heaven and may our hearts open to this love and our souls abide in its grace. "Seek First the Kingdom of God and His righteousness and all these things shall be added unto you".
