Musical experience for the Children of Kenya!

“How is it that music can, without words, evoke our laughter, our fears, our highest aspirations?” ― Jane Swan. Come January, I have been given the opportunity to Volunteer in Kenya, Africa for 2 months, teaching, educating, and communicating through music to young children. This program will allow me to immerse myself and my musical abilities in a different environment, culture, and way of viewing music itself. Being able to share the gifts I have been blessed with of creating music with children, and allowing them to see into the world of what communication through music can be is my biggest goal.

In order to make this happen, (and because i am a broke college student!!), funding is near the only way i can make this a possibility.
