Music Project Fundraiser

My name is Innocent Shezi. I am a professional and qualified recording artist. I studied music at the Campus of Performing Arts in Johannesburg.
I am raising funds for my anticipated follow up music project. I have a team and music that is ready to be recorded, I have been seeking funding for over four years with no luck. We hope for your help in making this project a success.
I have been turned down by music companies because I am not following the current trends in music, Artist are doing Hip Hop and House music.
I cater to the adult contemporary world. Recording soul/R&B and Gospel music.

With the funds I will be able to Recording a single, EPK, Photo Shoot and Music Video.
We hope to start recording in January 2020 and the music to be released in March or April latest.
I am an artist with a story to share, having received the best education money can buy, and having a great start in my music career and to loose it all.

Reaching my target will mean that I will be able to live out my dream to inspire people all over the world.
I grew up with nothing, raised by a single parent, who at some point lost her job and I would go to school with no food and Come back home to find my mother crying because she did not know what we were going to eat that evening.
I would go to College to study music and after one year return home to a darker space as I didn’t have money to continue to pay for my studies. I would spend over three years at home not even finding any day job.
The music kept me alive, all I had was hope for a better day. I wrote songs and performed wherever I could and today I have learnt so much that I want to share with the world. I have gone through it all and I am still here.

Project 1: EPK

Cost for projects 1: R3500
This is the promo video I will do pre release of single.
This helps in generating a following and helps booking agents know who I am and what I do.

Project 2: Recording of Single
Cost: R10 000
This is an estimate cost, that will cover the producer, studio time, mixing and mastering of single.
(Quotation for studio time is available on request)

Project 3: Photo Shoot
Cost: R1 600
The official photo shoot for the single. These photos will be used as the avatar for the single when distributed across online music stores such as iTunes, Deezer, Google play and Spotify.

Project 4: Music Video
Cost: R5000
The music video will be done in the streets of Johannesburg. The music video already has an inspiring script written(treatment) Quotation available on request.
