Music is the answer

I started a organization out of what I can offer to my community, I get some kids together and offer them a chance to do something constructive with their time so I teach them Music.

To my surprise I noticed that most of them has great potential to becoming a successful musician.

Crime has become the order of the day for the community where I live.

So for me to give them my time is a small price to pay.

I teach mostly practical as I do not have the finance for myself to attend music school.

I am not the perfect musician but this I can say:

I've taught a group of 6 people = 1 band that includes (drums, guitar, bass guitar, rhythm guitar, keyboard/synth and piano) and with all the JOY in my heart I can say today those musicians play Far better than myself.

I have recently started with a soup kitchen, where I ask people for donations and get volunteers to help me with make sure that everyone has something to eat.

I take whatever donations I get to ensure that the kids have something to eat before we start with our music lessons.

We have held a number of events to educate the public about drugs and alcohol abuse our next event will be an HIV-AIDS and TB info(duction)

then we will have a community event to inform people about the importance of breast cancer. At every event we will have the kids do a song they have learnt, to show the community we care.
