Campaign Story
My objective for this educational crowdfunding is to raise $3,300 for musical instruments for the classroom. By accomplishing this goal , it will cover the costs of the specified instruments requested by the teacher and allow me to help implement an educational learning alternative. Everyday I am honored to work with students who struggle academically and as a lifelong learner, I continuously search for solutions to help increase their student achievement. Some studies have shown that students who play musical instruments have displayed increased skill set and strength in their reading and memory. Therefore playing musical instruments may relieve some tension from the students who experience the most challenges with the traditional method of curriculum instruction delivery. The musical instruments purchased as a part of the goal to increase literacy will service students from grade Kindergarten to seventh grade (ages 5-12) which are not limited to the following:
3 E-Tude Trumpets
3 E-Tude Trombones
3 14' Cymbals
2 14' Snare Drums
2 14' Tenor Drums
1 16' Bass Drum
