Mushroom Farm Satrtup

I intend to start a mushroom farm after gaining access to a piece of land. With the market prices generated from the demand in the mushroom trade i intend to take advantage of this and setup a mushroom farm considering there is non in my district or county. This will in turn generate employment in a region where there in no business or company or any type of project that can provide a living to the region and its people. The land in question is over 30 acres and has a potential of turning into a large scale farm and mushroom processing plant. Please fund my initiative
