Mum’s insolvent, I need involvement (and I’m in pain)

My dog needs a hip re-construction. She is 1.5 years old and the way she is walking is beginning to affect her other hip too, and she experiences significant pain (which is evident from her panting when lying down), despite pain killers.

I adopted her when she was five months old and would obviously repeat it in a heart beat.

Just to add some context, I am 31 and have experienced significant time out of the workforce due to having Schizophrenia. I work in administration currently, and frustratingly am the lowest paid employee in the large organisation, despite having been there for two years and taking extra task opportunities as they arise. I was forced to have Electroconvulsive Therapy (shock therapy) against my will, over two years ago, when I had an extended relapse of my Schizophrenia. It has damaged my memory and ability to learn.
