Mum’s house falling apart

I built a house for my mum a few years back as i had planned to move to another province to try find better work. She is retired and i wanted to ensure that she had a roof over her head before leaving. I moved out of my apartment and started saving. Everything i saved went to the house. I was quite pleased with my accomplishment. Unfortunately the contractors/suppliers we had used were a sham and now my mum's house is falling apart. Whenever it rains the house gets flooded. The electricity is constantly tripping and i sometimes fear it would cave in at any moment. Especially with the floods we have been having. My mum is old, i just want to have peace of mind that she is safe in her home. Work has not been going well and i unfortunately have failed at attempting to try and save again so i can fix it up for her. I have tried everything else, so i thought maybe, let me try this avenue and one day i can hopefully pay it forward. So I plead with you all to please spare a thought. Even if i do not reach the required target - ANY LITTLE BIT THAT YOU CAN OFFER WILL BE GREATLY APPRECIATED AND WILL SURELY HELP <3
