Mum has terminal cancer

My mother Louise was diagnosed with terminal Lung cancer in June 2013 with a thirteen month prognosis . My mum has never had any money , struggled all her life and I just wanted to do something nice and that she always wanted to do before she dies which was visit the pyramids in Egypt. I have had to give up my work to care for my mum and to spend as much time as I can with her so I am struggling and cannot get the money together to do this for her . Please help me if you can as I really want her to live her dream .
