Multiple Sclerosis wont stop me!

I am a single mom of 2 beautiful kids. A 14 year old daughter and 2 year old son. I work 2 jobs to maintain and take care of my responsibilities.  I currently work 2 jobs... In 2003 I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis and it devastated me..I didnt know anything about this chronic illness and thought I was going to die and not be able to see my daughter grow up. My life has changed dramatically and although I cant do alot of the things I used to do I still keep moving. I currently use a cane and walker to get around. I use hand controls to drive a car. I cant walk more then a block without my body shutting down so I must use my scooter for long distance. I facilitate a monthly support group which is sponsored by the MS Society and MS Foubdation and it is extremely encouraging for myself all of my members. Since being diagnosed one of my goals is to purchase a home to allow me to continue taking care of my kids and never needing to depend or be a burden on anyone. I am in need of a down paynent to purchase a home that will be an investmet for me and my kids. I would be most appreciative of any donation you can make to help me achieve my goal. i currently have half the down payment and need the other half.
