Transgender SRS surgery help

It's hard for me to do this, but....

im going to put myself out there anyway, im lost and ok im not the only one that finds themselves in this position, im not the first and I definitely won't be the last, I just really need your help, I can't afford all of the cost on my own, I know I took the cheaper option for the face and went to India because I didn't have enough money, but, I'm amazed at how well they did it, I want to go back for SRS now (the bits downstairs fixing) with a little of your help I can finally make all this happen, I'm 42 now and want to prove that your never too old to transition well xxx
