20 year old mom brain injury 16 month old baby

My wife Gail, has had MS and was hit by a truck, and has been suffering since with various medical issues, we have 3 children, some who have also been adopted and her biological niece/daughter who found us after 42 years and did not even know my wife existed! This makes 4 with a 16 year old baby.

Our niece, my wife Gail's biological brother died at age 32 in 2001, so she and Gail finding each other is a story within itself.

Diamond who we call "Our niece/daughter," has an inoperable brain tumor and hydrocephulas for which she underwent a brain surgery in 2012. Now she is here in Florida 2016, and has been in ICU for 2 weeks and is having more brain problems, which she will need a lengthy recover as will my wife and our son, who is autistic has a lot of special needs now too. I have had to miss a lot of work and need help for all their care, as well as our two other children, 9 and a 16 year old son who is already in college.

Gail is a disabled veteran, however, there a lot special needs right now that the insurance and other help will not pay for. I have done all I can and will continue to care for my family. We have been foster parents as well and my wife is "mom" to lots of kids. We spent a lot of our savings helping others, my wife is just that way. Well, now we need help. This goes against my grain to ask, however, I have utilized all I can financially without creating more hardship or straining relationships of other family members. If you can help in anyway it would truly be a miracle.
