MS in US-ONLY for Rich NOT for IndianFarmer AGREE?

If NOT- Read my Story

I belong to a small village in Bihar, India. I was very fond of learning new techniques, new innovations,etc, from my childhood. I had very little resources to get info about new techniques. But i tried my best to read Hindi Newspaper to learn new things( NO English Newspaper because its a Village in BIHAR).
When i was young, I thought of doing a lot of progress in my village, and for doing this i have to study hard. I studied and completed my B.Tech.
During my B.Tech, I realize that B.Tech is not enough. Doing MS is the need of the hour.

I stated searching about the procedure of doing MS in US universities. I read a COMMENT there.
" MS in US is only for Rich Family NOT for Farmers "

I cried and cried a lot when i saw the money needed to Give GRE, TOEFL, Application fees, etc. Seriously, i thought that the COMMENT was right, But i couldn't sleep that night.

Then i realized that there are a lot of Sons/Daughters of many Farmers, who, after reading my story, will definitely provide me with the financial support i needed right now.

If i get any kind of help now, I Promise that i will surely help other kids of Low financial status to pursue their dreams.

University Application Fee = 130*8= 1040 dollars

Priority Deadlines of US universities are in January. I am planning to Give GRE & TOEFL in the month of December.
