Ms. Anne’s Mobile Food Truck

Hi everyone, I recently bought a mobile concession stand that is already equipped with sinks, countertops, water tank, stove, gas outlets and electrical outlets. I still need to get service windows installed and some body work done on the trailer. I have someone that has already volunteered to complete the body work at a discounted price, so anything donated would be greatly appreciated. I have always wanted my own business and decided to invest in this once in a lifetime opportunity. I have 13 years experience as a restaurant manager, which will help me to be successful as a business owner. I know I can match my skills of inventory control, profit and loss, customer service, weekly data crunch, and labor control would be an asset to my company.
