Mr winston

Mr Winston is my heart and soul and beloved French bulldog, he is 4.5years old and has been part of my life in Dubai for 3.5 years. He is not just a dog but my baby, his character is what makes him so loved by many people. Around 4 weeks ago winston fell ill out of no where was a bouncy hyper dog then all of a sudden took a seizure, it was the worst thing I ever saw and never felt so helpless, the following days he showed signs of toxic poisoning and many trips to the vets later we had medications and signs of improvement. Two weeks later he started to deteriorate and show signs of weakness and took a second seizure which was only a matter of seconds but this one seemed to have caused more issues. Coordination, balance, signs of aggression when touched to show he was in pain. Further tests showed bloods and organs were fine but something is happening in the brain! Circling in one direction, unstable gait, he can’t hold his body weight up to do the toilet, getting stuck in corners! It’s all heartbreaking to watch my baby suffer in pain and silence as he can’t talk to tell me what’s wrong with him. Everyday he deteriorates more, I haven’t slept in over a week helping him thought his pain and suffering every night telling him I’m gonna make it better.
my only hope now is an MRI scan in the hope it’s an inner ear infection or fluid trapped somewhere that will be easily resolved with a small operation! unfortunately dubai does not have pet insurance and anything in Dubai is expensive along with the corona virus dubai is closing down all public services and as a freelancer I now have no income coming in Unless I can sell a kidney my last hope is to reach out to the public to help me save my baby!
every little helps towards saving not just his life but my life also! I’m not ready to let him go or watch him suffer more without knowing I have done everything possible for him to live a longer and a healthier life, which I know he has left in him!
