Campaign Story
I'm moving to Portland, OR to become an attorney and am in need of funds for the move. I'm starting law school in the fall at Lewis & Clark and can't wait to get started and get up there!
Most people don't believe that my dream is to be a lawyer. Since high school, this is what I've wanted to do. When people hear you have a dream to do something, it's frequently something creative, like music. While I do play the ukulele and sing, I don't feel this is my ultimate path.
Music can make a difference in peoples' lives, but so can lawyers. Lawyers are public servants. They are advocates, and that has always been something I've wanted to do.
I am an incredibly passionate person and for too long I've expressed that passion through means that I didn't feel was making as much of a difference as I would like. You could say I'm an idealist.
