moving to Australia

Hello everyone!
My name is Indre and I am currently living in Lithuania. But dreaming about moving to Australia soon. I have the bachelor degree and decided continue my studies in Australia.
And guess what!! Today I got the letter from the institute I applied and they are inviting me to study there. So on February I am moving to Australia.
Few years ago I studied in the Sounth of France - Marseille, after that I participated in program Work and Travel in USA, so spent half a year In California - San Diego and really know that warm climate helps me to be happier.
Move to Australia means leave everything I have here - my family, boyfriend, friends, job, flat, dog, car and many many other things that mean so much to me. But it is the time to change something and that's my decision so I believe I'll fell in love with Melbourne's lifestyle and climate!:) Not so much time left and I have money for the first semester, visa, tickets, health insurance and many other things that in total is about 11 000$ And need money for the very beginning in Australia.
You probbably think why I waited so long.. and doing it only now.. Just I am the kind of self-sufficing person and don't like when somebody helps me. I started working from the second year in my university because didn't what my parents give me the money for my everyday expences as they paid quite big money for my university.  1.5 year I saved money for my dream to come true and now left so little..
It takes strenght to ask you for the help but with your support it would be more easier. Any support will be helpful not just money, If you have any connections in the city for apartments your input would also be appreciated!
