Moving new place

I am moving and am having trouble finding a place in my price range. I work hard but don't make very much and none of my friends can help me out. i was recently got out of serious relationship and now moving and starting over but everywhere I go wants months rent plus deposit plus the rent that is due which is almost what I make In a months time. At the end of this week I will be putting all my belongings into storange unit which friend who know thisI've is hard enough can't even help me move like they said as now they have all made plans even though have known for a month. and will be sleeping in my car and I have a kitty cat to and feel bad cuz hoping a friend can least take her for short time even if they can't or won't help me. I've always been there for friends and the one time I need them the most they csnt help. I'm not sure I want to waste money on a hotel as I need that money for a apartment, which my friends think I am joking and aren't taking me seriously when I say I have no where to go. Any help would be appreciated as each little bit will add up and I will be able to afford to get a place. Even not nice places in not good neighborhoods are asking for to much. and I least want to feel safe where I live
