I, Fabo, reaching out to our friends and families all over the world especially the Filipino Community here in Singapore and our beloved fellow Mapuans working in the Lion City.

We decided to set-up this funding account in support of our dearest friends Mike & Icon Yu as they are facing one of their most unexpected life trials.

Mommy Icon is pregnant on her 2nd baby. She was on her 30th week last week but to her surprise during her check-up last Thursday she found out that she is having unstable blood pressure which is not advisable for pregnant ladies as it might cause her a fatal scenario if out of nowhere she will have a seizure. When she found out about it she requested if she can just fly home to Philippines instead as she worries about the extent of hospital and medical bills that they will be facing here in Singapore as the case was not covered by insurance but due to doctor's obligation she was not allowed to go and her OB-Gynae decided she needs to be admitted as they need to monitor her situation.

She was advised if her vitals got worst they have no choice but to perform a Caesarean operation on her to take herself and baby out of danger.

Friday past by and all her signs got stable but upon Saturday morning (8 Dec 2018) her blood pressure shot up to 170 and she started to feel so weak. The doctor decided that this is the time to proceed with the prematurely caesarean. Baby “Oliver” is only on his 30 th week and still short of 6 to 7 weeks.

With All God’s Grace and Guidance, Mommy Icon gave birth last Saturday around 03:30 pm but due to this unforeseen circumstances our dear baby “Oliver” needs to be incubated based on his progress. He is expected to be in the incubator for another 6 weeks with a rough estimate of S$1,000 to S$3,000 fee per day.

As of today, there’s already an estimated bill of $40,000 for Baby “Oliver” only.

We are reaching out to everyone on this season of Joy to share some of our blessings to Yu Family and on these trying times and if possible help us share this fund-raising to others. Sharing is caring and God Bless to everyone.
