Moving from Console to PC Master Race

I have always been using consoles for gaming but I have seen an even greater form for gaming which is PC.

However, to build a PC by myself seems expensive and overwhelming for me. Even though I stated $1000, I don't mind any of you guy and girl PC gamers out there to send out their old PC parts. Also, if any of you have any recommendations or advice for the build, do share it with me.

I will wait to feel that glorious 999fps. :) Thank you gamers :)
