Moving for mom

Hi, I am trying to move from Oklahoma to Portland , Oregon to be closer to my elderly mother. I would just sell all my belongings and go but I have several pets that are 8 years old and I can't bear to leave them!  I am trying to save money to get there but I work for the state of Oklahoma mental hospital and only get paid 8.50 per hour. I am going to a technical school so I can get a better job when I get there to  support me and mom., If you can help at all we really do appreciate it!
