Move mountains for Radhika

Dear friends

Please meet Ms. Radhika T. She is a teacher in one school in Hyd. She has two daughters. Her husband is an employee in a small company earning very little amount.

Her story is as follows:

Her mother in law has asked her to leave her home 3 years back.

Last year she has purchased a plot (60 square yards - 540 Sq. feets) with all her savings supported by her parents. The plot which she purchased was a patta land (unregistered). After she purchased with many difficulties, the original pattedar (erstwhile owner) along with the local leaders are threatening her to leave the land and go. They have even given a police complaint that she is trespassing the property.

The broker who sold the land to her cheated and the person who sold to her is saying that he is not responsible for any problem as he has sold.

She is spending sleep less nights from the past two months and regularly going to police station to prove that she is the owner. This is a civil case but the local people have raised a complaint with in the local police station limits

Local people along with the erstwhile owner are also filing a suit against this poor lady.

Her father has undergone open heart bypass surgery recently and her mother also is not healthy.

On the basis of legal advice she wants to fight the case and build small room in that plot

She is in need of funds to fight that legal case and also against the local people to protect her small land and her two children.

It would be of great help if any sum is donated to her.
