Plain and simple, WE NEED A VACATION! Help send us to the Mountains without putting us in a hole!

We have been working and taking care of our home and family which we love doing. It takes every penny to live on. I work at a job that doesn't pay that much and my husband is disable because of heart problems. It's been years since we have taken a vacation to relax and just enjoy ourself. We would love to go to the North Carolina Mountains for a few days. We enjoy trout fishing and spending a little time at the Casino. We only play a small amout but have such a great time doing it. The last time I played all day on $30 and loved every minute. It don't take much. It's been a hard road for us since Hugh has been on a fixed income. He had a new heart vaulve put in two years ago. Since that time we have had to deal with bills and just every day items. There has been no money for a vacation.
All donations will be tax deductable if you wish!

Fall Break

Update posted by Teresa Faloon at 09:54 pm

Fall break for school is coming up. That would be a great time to spend a few days in the #moutain while the kids have the time off. Help make that happen.

Hanging in there

Update posted by Teresa Faloon at 10:24 pm

For every $25 I will write a check to donate to a local group called "Grans". It's for a group of grandmothers raising grand kids that meet to help each other in many ways. It's a non-profit Group.
