Teeth implants and bridging for iskandar

hi my name is Tengku Mohamed Iskandar and I'm 24 years old. Last 2 years ago when I was still serving National service, I was met with a motorcycle accident and I was badly hurt. I suffered mandible fracture on my jaw and metal plate was put under my jaw and I lost 6 tooth. 2 on the top and 2 below. It all happen when I was riding my bike with my Girlfriend at boonlay way. We were going to Jem shopping centre. And when I was from lane 2 I check my blindspot on the right to see if there's any car. To my knowledge there were none. So I proceeded to change lane. When all of the sudden a Mitsubishi Lancer evo speed up and hit my back tyre on the first lane. My back tyre was swinging from left to right and right before the impact of my bike to the curb on the divider, I Push my Girlfriend out of the way and she suffered a dislocated arm. The bike hit the curb of the divider and I was flung onto the bushes of the divider. While I was being flung out, I opened my mouth and that's where I lost 6 of My tooth. After being send to the hospital, the Doctors did the operation. I proceed to make police report on the other party and insurance As well. To My shock, the traffic police told me that they don't have enough evidence So they stated that I'm At fault. I received $200 fine and 9 demerit points. The other party was not at fault. It wasn't fair at all. As the other party decided to claim from me $10k for his damages of his car. I didn't said anything Nor did I call him or decided to meet him and discuss to him. I just keep quiet and accept any fate that has happen or going to happen. After that i went to my check up and after Doctors told me the amount that I need for implants or bridging, I couldn't afford another more checkups as well as the implants or bridging that Doctors recommended me. So I didn't went to my check up anymore.. Till now im still trying to save up to get My implants or bridging and I hope you can help me out thank you.
