On Nov 28, 2021, my aunt fainted and was immediately brought to the hospital due to her Highblood Pressure while in the emergency, the doctor necessitated a Cesarean procedure because my aunt could die with the baby if the procedure is not done immediately, during the operation the doctor said that the baby was tangled by the umbilical cord on the neck that may have caused my aunt's high blood pressure and fainting. After the procedure, my aunt lost a lot of blood and is still losing a lot of blood while the baby is in the incubator gasping for oxygen please help us with the hospital bill because every day that passes by the bill increases by 70,000 Pesos which is equivalent to 1,390.79 US Dollars and the Hospital will not release my aunt and the baby from their "care" until the bill is settled.
