Mother of 3 Has Cancer

My wife contracted breast cancer over a year ago. A mastectomy did not get it in time and now it's spread to her liver. I'm American but have been living in Thailand for over 20 years. Met my amazing wife here and we have 3 children.

The cancer care and treatment here at the public hospitals is not good. I don't trust the doctors (one doctor told my wife, literally, to "do nothing" and wait until it gets really bad. Unbelievable!).

There are private, western-style hospitals here but the cost is so high, it is impossible for us to afford.

There are many treatments for this kind of cancer (metastatic liver cancer), but the public hospitals seem ill equipped to provide it or the doctors simply don't know enough about what to do.

My lovely wife is due to die at a much earlier age than she should with proper treatment and we can't afford it! We have a boy and twin girls and I want them to have a Mom for as many years as possible. And I want my wife to be here for many more years.
