My name is Homero Iglesias and I´m working on my startup called more training, our goal is very simple, actually there´s a lot of training institutions, universities and corporations that help people to get a better job and increase their income because of training.

But what happen with regular people, I mean those who can´t afford a training conference, or those who can´t pay those expensive training programs in the market. Well, that´s the reason I founded my startup (more training), our goal is to to help people with our high level training programs (e-learning and classroms), the best part of what we do is that our attendees will access to a high level training program of $1,000 US dlls for only $50 US. We give them a complete program that includes sales skills, management development and leadership.

I know you are asking yourself: why Homer is asking for funding if actually he is charging a $50 US fee to their customers. Well let me explain you, I´m from Chihuahua, México (near Texas US), and We are traveling (my partner and I) to México city, Monterrey, Guadalajara, Tijuana Juárez. We attend two groups of 15 attendees per week, that is 30 people, plus my partner and I, that is 32 per week, (expense report below this page).

Please help me in order to continue helping people doing what I love, coaching and training, I know the best way to continue with my project is increasing our price, the issue is that the people we are helping can not afford it.

We want to grow to other cities, create our free online training website, and increase the number of attendees per week.

* 2 flight tickets: $480 US

* Hotel training room: $600 US ($20 US per 32 person )

* Coffe break: $900 US ($25 US per 32 person)

* Food: $35 US: $1,120 US ($35 US per 32 person)

* Hotel: $400 US (2 persons, just my partner and I)

* Goverment fee for certificate expedition: $900 US ($30 US per 30 person)

* Coach fee: $0 US (I´m the coach and I´m not charging)

Income:

* 30 low cost training tickets: $1,500 US ($50 US per 30 person)

TOTAL EXPENSE: $4,400 US per week

TOTAL INCOME: $1,500 US per week
