More family time: new car

Dear funders,

my name is Balsa and I live in Serbia. I am in an amazing 9 year long relationship with my fiancé and we have a lovely 1 year old daughter. Spending quality time with my family is the most precious thing in my life and I love every second of it!

I created this fundraiser with high hopes of being able to spend as much time as possible with my love ones. My daughter grows so fast and I really feel time flying by. My wife and I would both love to witness all the crazy little things that we are currently missing. Luckily, both of us are working, nevertheless our work is pretty far away from our home and our only option is to leave our daughter in a kindergarten where she stays for at least 10hrs...or more.

Before my wife giving birth, we were fully aware that eventually we would need a car. That is why I have worked two jobs for about a year. I was away from home for 10hrs doing my regular daily job and afterwards I was freelancing for additional 3hrs each day. It was very stressful and unhealthy. We reduced going out with our friends, I gained some weight and had almost zero time for my wife. Luckily, we managed to gather enough money to buy our first ever family car...not a new car though. Regardless we were super happy!!! Unfortunately, 3 months after the purchase, due to ongoing mechanical and electronic parts breaking down, we invested an additional 1,500$ just to keep it on the road. After a period of 6 months of various investments (many yet to be made), my mechanic advised me to sell it ASAP and not risk it any more. I am currently in the selling process, nevertheless we really do need a car in order to save time and most of all increase our quality time with our daughter. After our experience, we lost confidence in used cars thus our goal is to buy a new car and maintain it regularly to serve us many years to come...even for the 2nd child that is being planned. :)

It really feels sad seeing my own child for only 3-4hrs a day, having an extra hour would really make the difference. We would be enormously grateful for your support. It would mean a world to us having more time with our little girl.
