Campaign Story
MoProperties is a property division of Mokgadi Mokgadi Management PTY (LTD) (Mo Management) , a registered South African company. Mokgadi Management started in logistics with intentions of being a diversified business (Property, Live outdoor events, travel). In May this year, the company purchased property with as a rental property. We offer safe student accommodation, something we believe contributes to access to higher education.
It should also be noted that property remains a steady income stream and coupled with the fact of increase and demand in student accommodation, we are confident that this is a good investment.
The property currently has 7 rented units fully occupied and employs a full time caretaker. We are currently seeking funding in order to add four more units. We are seeking a minimum of R50 000 for a 10% stake in Mo Properties. Should an investor put R100 000 we will reward with 15% stake.
