Last month we created a new business in Greece. The legal form of it is SCE(Social Cooperative Enterprise). We decided to go this way because it's the most anthropocentric type of business since it cannot exist big wages gap and the profit is being split to the workers and not owners. To the hard part now, we had to wait around two months for the paperwork to be ready because of the legal form of tit so we were out of business that period. Then the 2nd wave of a huge lock down stroke us and we have reached a point that we cannot pay the bills (rent, heating etc). Also, because of the launch date we cannot get state funding that the rest are getting (we missed it for 4 days), but we couldn't initiate it earlier due to paperwork. Our main objects are photography which is completely underrated in Greece and Web design which is hard to get customers as a new starting business. We also collaborate with local non profit companies and are trying our portfolio mainly to have social impact. We are running some non profit projects at the moment and also photo-shooting the stray dogs in order to be adopted more easily. We need these money in order to pay the bills of January, February and March hoping that until then we will manage to step on our own feet.
