About US
OurYouth.my is a group of passionate youth want to create social awareness on different diseases in our community, fund raising, volunteerism and also to promote caring and charitable heart amongst the public especially amongst the youth.

As our event goes bigger each year, we need more sponsors to fund the operational cost of the event:
The Impact
The money contribution is significant to these charity associations as they could buy equipments for those in need.
The 3 charity organisations:
1. Sarawak's Children Cancer Society - The Society is established for the relief and care of Malaysian children suffering from cancer and their families irrespective of race, religion and creed; and the advancement of research and public education in the prevention, control, diagnosis and treatment of childhood cancer.
2. S.O.S. Kids - S.O.S.Kids was born in order to improve the care of critically ill children who are still being treated in the intensive care unit, now recovered and ready to go home and already sent home but need further medical and non-medical supports. We also hope to establish a paediatric retrieval service in order to help to transport critically ill patient to the appropriate hospital.
3. Kuching and Samarahan Division for Cerebral Palsy Association - Wishesland is embarking on a project to build a swimming pool for us to start the hydrotherapy programmes on the children here.
Risks & Challenges
Event organising is a great cost, but we do our best to give most value for money to the public to donate to these charity bodies. Over here, often RM40 (USD11.50) is the standard "Run Event" entry fee and public would expect a T-Shirts as well as medals.
Most Expensive Cost
i.e. T-Shirt (per pc) - RM 15 (USD4.30)
Website booking fee plus Online Bank Charges - RM 6 (USD1.70)
From here, you can see, we need sponsorship for decorations, sound systems, marshals and etc.
