1020kms, 25 semi-wild horses, 7 days! Help a mad woman conquer Outer Mongolia!

On 8 August 2018 I am attempting my most fearsome feat yet: a 1020 km race across Outer Mongolia riding 25 semi-wild native horses and carrying only 5kgs of luggage. Navigating alone and relying on nomads for food, water and shelter. On a mission to help stop deforestation and doggies in distress. One of 40 riders worldwide.

To get it done I needs a support crew, and that's where you come in. The race is expensive: $12,995 entry fee + $2,500 airfare + gear + insurance ++++ I am calling upon your love and support.

WHY?

Because I can and I'm committed, I can have fun, laugh, cry, meet new people, be really stinky at the end and above all can raise money for charity, something I've always done!

THE ODDS?

I'm a survivor, I've beaten cancer, had severe loss and trauma during my life, was told 15 years ago I would never ride a horse again due to a terrible accident. I've come out a winner with a smile on my weather-beaten face!

To be selected to compete in the longest, toughest horse race in the world (Guinness World Records) is an honour in itself.

To complete it is a balance of survival, horsemanship, wit and sheer guts and determination.

To win is the ultimate challenge.

To this end I need help. Asking for personal sponsorship is not easy, I have always been on the other end doing fundraising to benefit both animals and humans in need.

Now the table has turned. Costs of the race itself are enormous

I would love Sponsors that will be with me every step of the way, following me on my live tracker throughout this incredible journey, blogging, tweeting, facebooking, whatsapping – all to promote themselves (corporates), raise awareness for the charities as well as the adventure itself. I am happy to wear you logo anywhere possible if required (my helmet would most likely be the most obvious choice).
