Money for teeth and Medical Board, thank you

63 years old, no job, I live in Tallinn, Estonia.

I'm an Italian medical doctor. I lost all my money and being incapable to pay the Medical Board's fees and taxes, the Medical Board cancelled me, so I can't do anymore the doctor and helping people and not even I can live anymore, (almost homeless). Meanwhile I have had to remove many of my teeth by myself (I had abscesses and infections and a lot of pain), as I can't pay a dentist and now I have more or less 10 teeth in total. I really need help or at least a job. Getting the money I can pay my debts and enroll in Medical Board again and fixing somehow my teeth. Please, help me, thank you. God bless you. I know that my story is not interesting and probably nobody will help me, but it's my last chance.
