Money for school

All I really can say that I need help if I want to continue to go to school. Why I need the money is I first off drive an 88' which is a gas guzzler I constanly am running out of gas, I do want to add that I dont drive any where but shcool. I also do not have a parking permit to park at my school meaning I get a new ticket every day. Since I have all these tickets if I do not pay them by the 13th of Febuary my car will lose its registration and be impounded. I have a 200$ balance at my school meaning I cant continue to go to school til I pay. And just to add to me really needing money my registration for my car is due and my insurance. I didnt know any other way to where I would be able to pay these things. Also for some reason I have to pay everything by the 13th.
