Money for rent

I'm a student and i'm renting room. Well now i'm renting totally new room but there's still problem with the last one. The owner don't want to give me deposit back. He told me that i destoyed walls and furniture in the roome while it's not true. Unfortunally i can't inform police (they won't do anything) and the man is dangerous. The problem is that without this deposit i don't have money to pay rent for this month in the new flat. I need 800 PLN (about 200 Euro or 250 USD). And i don't have any other choice than ask strengers for their good heart.
