Money for olly surgery

My dog Olly has been advised that he now has to have surgery on his rear leg to have a mental plate placed behind his knee as he has ripped ACL ligament... This is not a cheap surgery unfortunately and does require a specialist and is going to cost us 3000.. Our dog is everything to us he is one of the family as anyone would know and we can not afford to not do the surgery but trying to find this amount is going to be tough.. Which is why we are asking for any help anyone can give...
