Help me with Parkinson disease

hi, my name is Kostas im 28 years old , i live in Greece and i need support with a normal amount of money so i can take care of my special needs that parkinson causes. I have bachelor at civil engineering but i cant find a job, and the genetic research for what causes my disease are expensive and my treatments too. Also i send genetics to Berlin but yet noone knows why i have parkinsons. Im too young and too scared and i just wanna find a solution to live a normal life.
