Money for Gaming Rig

I will start with the dream, my dream is to make money using my PC , and the thing that I like to do , is play games, I would like to stream , make a good video, and somebody else may like it and push them to stream also. For that I need a good PC , and the prices noways are expensive, and in my Country the salaray is about 125$ per month ,and that is not enaugh to put somthing aside and buy myself a good pc, that's why I'm here.
