My Mom was diagnosed with Dementia,High blood pressure, Urinary Track Infection,Electrolyte Imbalance;Hospital acquired pneumonia and status post cerebro vascular disease.
I am knocking on your good heart to help me with her hospitalization,medication and to get a wheelchair for her.
She used to be a happy and loving mom. I love the way she smile. It makes me feel like I have no other problems at all.
Pleases do help me with her recovery. Please help us save her life
